Save our students

This campaign was started by me and my colleague after we became sick of everybody - lecturers, staff and students - moaning about the unsafe pedestrian crossing in front of the university campus, and nobody doing anything about it. We called the council to ask whether they had had any formal complaints, and found that no-one had, so we started a petition.

The River‘s campaign was picked up by our sister website’s editor, who linked to the online petition.

We later printed this update on the campaign’s progress, featuring for the second time the campaign logo that I designed.
